Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong perfume.
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Photos or videos may be requested before approving the return.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred on our side.

Exchange Policy

Eligible perfumes may be exchanged depending on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products without original packaging or seal.
  • Fragrances purchased on clearance or promotional offers unless damaged or incorrect.
